Legal Representation is when we act on your behalf in dealing with other people.

We offer legal representation:

• For negotiations to resolve your problem, including:
  • Direct negotiation with the other party or their lawyer
  • A dispute resolution process like mediation or conciliation
• In some courts and tribunals, including The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal for cases that:
  • Involve a sum of money that is less than $50,000, or
  • Are about a personal legal right that does not involve money, and
  • Take one day or less to be heard.

We offer fixed fees for each stage of Legal Representation.
